One case of primary pulmonary hypertension associated with the persistent jaundice

Abstract

|
A 16 year-old girl was admitted to the Busan National University Hospital with, the complaints of jaundice, orthopnea, cyanosis, chest discomfort and cough on the Jan. 11 th 1972. She has the history of dyspnea 4 years prior to the admission and thereafter the syiptorns were much aggrevated. The catheterization data on the admission included the pulmonary artery pressure off 98/43(68) mmHg, pulmonary artery wedge pressure of (6)mmHg and right ventricular pressure of 98/0/ 8 mmHg. The jaundice, noted one week before the admission, has been persisted until now Tune 26 th. 1973). One case of primary pulmonary hypertension associated the jaundice persisted for 1 year and 6 months or more was described and some of literatures were reviewed.
